Question about Jenn-Air 30 in. CCE3401 Electric Cooktop
Could you help me troubleshoot why a Jenn-Air 30 in CCe3401B circuit braker jumps off?. It has been working just fine for 7 years. Any ideas where to start? Thanks.
You probably have a burnt out element. They almost always short out when they burn out. If it is a coil unit it may be visible. A smooth top unit can't be diagnosed without removing the top glass. Most of the time you can do this yourself. Sometimes when a burner goes it will ruin the switch also.
