Question about Maytag 22.7 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Black
MSD 2732GRQ It just seems like a lack of air flow, the frezzer fan was making noise, replaced it but still no fridge side air, all vent both top and bottom are clear
OK if the fan was replaced and the vents are open there has to be a restriction of air flow over evaporator coil causing the lack of air flow. On some models like yours there is something called an auto damper between the freezer and fresh food compartment and the damper is operated like a thermostat bulb on it's own solo. The best way to test them is to remove and place the thermostat bulb or tube coil into cold or hot water. I will gather more information for you as we go along here. Thanks, Sea Breeze
