Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

Often under the main tab, or under quality you might need to choose to print in color.
OR, you need to possibly install the latest drivers available for your operating system, and all Word & Windows updates are done as well. As really, it must be a driver issue, as it is the driver, that interprets , the data from word, and passes it on, to the printer, now in a generic driver, it simply strips all formatting regarding color etc, from the data sent, and passes the simple data on to the printer, now, in a Proper driver, all these "Bells and whistles" so to speak are activated. Then all sorts of options may be enabled. So after you set it up, ensure you go into properties before you print and check, that print in color is checked, and not B/W or greyscale.

it all depends on the copy machine. When you bought the copy machine did you buy the one that can print color printing?, cause some of the copy machine those not have the ability to print papers or pictures in coloured form.
First of all check if the printer has Color copy machine written on the body and you have a Copy paper Color ink cartridges.
If it has this written on it,, and you have a copy ink cartridge, then i will give you the procedure on how to print with it.
A color copy machine can make any document more vivid and bold, especially if charts and diagrams are included. Using a color copier is similar to using a traditional black-and-white copier. When making multiple copies, it's important to make sure that there is enough ink in the machine so the copies will be bright and colorful.
Place the document you want to copy face down on the glass surface of the copy machine.
Make a test copy to determine if there is enough ink to produce crisp, clean copies. If colors seem faded or choppy, it may be time to change ink cartridges.
Select the number of copies you want to make. Adjust color settings to achieve the desired result.
Press 'copy' or 'print' depending on the model of copy machine you own to begin making copies. If making copies of multiple pages, copy the desired amount of each page and then switch pages until all pages have been copied.
Check each copy to ensure that all pages are legible.
Tips and warnings.
Hope it helps.
