Well i was supposed to have downloadedthe antivirus from mcafeeabout 4 weeks ago, they tell me that they have no record of the transaction, i have been trying to gt this matter straightened out,with no luck ,now i sent $65.54 paid with visa card. i would like either to get this straight or the $65.54 back on card

If Mcafee has no record then contact the crdit card company or if it is a debit visa contact your bank and talk to the person in charge of card services for credit or debit cards, explain about the fruadulent transaction, the sooner the better. You may have to fax them a statement that the transaction is not authorized.

    You may have been scammed by what you thought was a legitimate purchase, I too, was scammed but when I did not recognize the point of sale and purchase reference, I contacted credit card services at my bank and told them this was a fraudulent purchase. The money was returned to my account that day.

More than likely a scam of some sort run you antivirus and anti spyware

Do you have a paypal account ?


when you log into your paypal acc. you will see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on the view all of my transactions shortcut

you might have to select dates ranging from the current to a specific date

open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim other than that

you will have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue

My dish network dvr stops recording some programs, i think its just shows that are to be recorded on tv 1. It will record only like 10 minutes or less and stops recording

Check the timers you have setup for the programs that are suppose to record. Make sure the timers are setup correctly. Do you have any timers setup to begin early and end late? A new software update rolled about 2 weeks ago. Did you start experiencing the problem after that? Also, how much available time is available on the HD? Please let me know so I can further assist you.

I would contact the seller immediately. Since you purchased the headphones from an online retailer, they have your purchase in their records. Especially since the transaction was so recent. I would repackage the headphones, contact their customer service either via email or, if possible, phone, and ask them if they will exchange the headphones for a working set. Since it is still under warranty you should not have too much trouble getting this fixed.

I purchased something two dayss ago & can't pay for it because my ebay won't accept my password. I can't sigh in to my ebay and I can't ask for an email from you because I don't have my email address...


Use a friend or family members ebay id and then search for the item you purchased and contact the seller and explain that you would like to send a money order for payment because you forgot your password. Just tell him your ebay user name and he/she will have record of the transaction

I ordered my antivirus on line about 2 weeks ago it worked really good tell a week ago and i thinkn it has been deleted some how cause i can't turnit back on what do i do


try to do a system restore 7 days back and see or else if u check ur mails u will find the product key for norton in the mails so u can reinstall the norton by putting in back the product key.

On the screen itself you would have an option to select active destop. Click on the link and it would load your desktop settings.
