Blue screen/ system service error when i open Reason 4

It has to be something about the speed or the size ..also take a look into its properties and see if it has the possibility to be limited to run on usb 2.0 ..or install the usb 3.0 into the laptop ..This can be the issue it makes it get into error ..I can see no other reason ...maybe the operation system too ..If you have the possibility try to reinstall the laptop ..maybe something on the operation system does not support the hard drive ..(try to install widows 7 if it supports it ..and see how it works after .

Maybe you can take a try of this rescue program called BootSuite. I came across similar blue screen situaiton on my HP laptop (win 7) and ended up with eliminating it. Hope it helps with your case. Regards

If it worked fine in Win XP you could run the program in compatibility mode. Right-click on the icon and go to properties. Then click on compatibility. Then in the drop down box click Windows XP (Service Pack 2)

try to change harddisk flat cable..

There are several problems for which blue screen can appear:
1) Memory problem,
2) Operating system problem,
3) Application problem etc.


Generally an error code is also displayed with the blue screen. You need to tell the error number to know more about your problem

you need to add new silver thermal paste to the video chip (GPU)... then uncheck both options from your turbo memory console.... that will "unclock" your video card ... and your pc should run smooth
