Question about Xerox WorkCentre 4118 Network Kit - 1 x 10/100Base-TX - 100Mbps (0095205226850) Print Server
There is a jam in the machine that cannot be seen. We have removed everything possible from the machine to check the affected area just below the scanner bed and there is nothing there. We are starting to be suspicious that some small peice of hardware must be broken. What needs to be done.

Most likely the tray setting has changed, Here is what to check.
If not, click on the printers on your computer, Right click the 4118 and look in the printer properties. One of those settings may be off.
More likely is that the machine settings have changed for whatever reason.
