The phone is locked to tmoble and i have an at&t sim card. how do i unlock the phone?
If it is a network lock you need to contact you're service provider for the unlock code.
If it is a key pad lock kindly enter wrong password for 10 time's you're handheld will get wiped. Then it will ask for the reset password enter the new password and remember that. (No data will be available when your Handheld is wiped)

I want to unlock my n73 fne its locked to 02 at the moment how can i do this and for free
I don't think that you can do this for free at this time. N73 is a BB5 phone and till recently was unlockable only with hardware. Now only few websites offer remote unlocking and they are still pricy as much as $50. Sorry....
