My bizhub 200 is displaying an error code of C0202. It says malfunction detected. Any ideas what it may be?
I fix the error thanks to Patrillica on my BIZHUB 350!
The paper stock in tray 1 or to be exact above the tray 1, when you open it, you can hardly see it. After you remove the paper you should unplug your machine and then lug it back.
Thanks again to Patrillica.
This is what you need to do: take all the paper out from trays 1 and 2, opened up both trays all the way, you have to really get down (I was on my knees in my $700 suit - LOL) so you can see the back inside panel and only then you could see the stock paper. I took it out with a broom, unpluged the machine, waited 5 minutes and now it works fine. Good luck
Bizhub 163, it was showing maintanence 2
This is a TRAY 1 elevation failure...To reset : open and close the front door.
You may have a paper stuck in the back off the tray.
Check if you don't have a broken sensor...
Thanks to FixYa I was able to fix this problem in less than 5 minutes. I pulled the top drawer tray out (paper was empty) and left it open. Turned off and unplugged the machine (hard-boot). Pushed the tray in, plugged in and it worked just fine. thanks for this great service!
Yes, is a paper stuck in tray 1.
At our company we couldn't manage with a long stick, so we tilted the entire printer (it's heavy, takes 2 people) and pulled the paper out from underneath. It worked.
I have that problem now and the problem is the bushing at the back of the lifter shaft is broken and slips out of the slot in the paper cassette creating slack. Check bushing at rear by drive pin

The stock paper is realy hare to detect. Try doing this: totally open up trays 1 and 2, remove all the peper and really get down (i had to get down to my knees in my $700 suit - LOL) so you can see the inside of the back wall, and only then I found the stock paper. I took it out using a long stick, unplugged the machine, waited 5 minutes and it wokrs now.... Good luck
