I have missed the motherboard Cd for my A8V-VM SE with AMD processors so which are the drivers are to be loaded so as to detect the sound card and VGA

You can always have choice you know . Now as your ON board Sound card is not working with windows 7 you can buy a Sound card for replacement like of creative and other companies... they would be the best choice at low cost and windows 7 compatible... But before buying it please try updating your driver.

Have you tried reinstalling motherboard drivers. Sound drivers should be part of motherboard drivers, so if you reinstall them everything should work fine. If not please post back here. I hope this helps, Yannick

select your operating system, then select the VGA driver.

i have no cd of driver plz.send asus a8v-mx driver.
processor-AMD Athlon 64

Check your SMPS is proper output to system without any fluctatution. 12 and 5 Walts. Keep the multimeter for a while to check it.

RAM may be a culprit for frequent restart.

There is no violation on sharing of memory between system and graphics.
