If the model number is correct, there is a 125V, 20 AMP line fuse inside the microwave. Its usually mounted at the point where the power cord enters the back of the unit. Unfortunately, you will need to uninstall the oven (if this is an over the range model), UNPLUG it and remove the exterior case to access. The case comes off in various ways depending on manufacture and model. I found this illustration at pcappliancerepair.com based on the model number you listed this question under:

http://pcappliancerepair.com/model-display.php
The line fuse is listed as item 12 (part number 56001353). Keep in mind, there are different vairations on the model number you provided. You need to look at the model number you have and include the last three letters as well. I reviewed most of these models and they appear to all have the same parts. You can usually purchase a box of fuses at a hardware store for just a little more than what the manufacturer charges for a single fuse. 125V, 20AMP Ceramic Slow Blow fuses are recommended. If you wish to order on line, use the part numbers to search by comparison as the model number you listed this question under may not be available at all the websites I have provided. The parts, however, ARE listed.

If you have any questions, or need additional assistance troubleshooting, please post back and let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

NOTE: Make sure you take any resistance readings with the microwave UNPLUGGED and the component under test isolated (removed) from the circuit. These ovens can blow a fuse by simply sitting idle. This can occur from any power fluctuations, brown outs, voltage spikes, etc. Or, it could be the symptom of a component that may have failed. If you find the internal fuse blown and replace it, only to have it blow again, you have a more significant problem than a simple blown fuse.

No power

Your stove should be on its own breaker or have its own fuse. Some models of stoves have fuses within their own control panels too. Check your home's panel to see if a breaker has been flipped or a fuse blown, and follow up with the owners manual for your make and model of stove.

My ge microwave model jes1384sf stopped working and sure that the power is going to the microwave, But clock, timer and contol panel etc. nothing turns on. Is there anything can be done to find out what...

You have a power fuse inside of the panel that supplies AC power to the panel as well as the klystron tube. This is generally a slow blow 15 amp Buss fuse. Since these fuses deteriorate over time and they are sized to just hold the requested amps (15) to prevent a possible fire. You will have to take the Panel apart and find the fuse, but be sure you flip the breakers as the panel has a High Voltage power section with large capacitors that can produce a nasty shock. Before touching any thing with the breaker power off, short the capacitors to ground to discharge them, then pull and replace the Buss fuse.

No power for microwave. model is a sharp 1460a. We miss it! Nothing works. Is there a fuse or is ther a power supply that can go bad???? The recepticles in the house works, so there is no problem there....

Ok. recepticles work, you'll have to take microwave apart make sure its unplugged before you start. Severaly screws around the cabinet of microwave when you take these out make sure you know where they go back because all of them may or may not be same size and length. once you have it apart start at where the cord enters the frame of the microwave and there should be a fuse which is the main fuse close to where the cord comes in microwave. Thats where I'd start.Take fuse out of holder take your meter turn it to ohms, looks like a horse shoe. touch each end at the same time with the leads from the meter and if the meter reads OL fuse is bad if it dont read OL the fuse is good.Get that far and if everything checks out get back in touch with me and I'll give you more info. This is more than likely your problem since not even a light wont come on or even the display.

My microwave just quit workin. It has absolutely no power.

Make sure breaker isnt tripped. If breaker isnt tripped just for the sake of knowing plug a fan or something you know that works in the outlet. If it works, you have probably blown fuses in the microwave you'll have to take microwave apart to get to them.
