Yes. There is clockwise and counter-clockwise. You probably need to wind it in the other direction. This is a common problem. The arrows on the spool are easily misinterpreted. I have done it too.

Belt diagram john deere sabre 1338 GXABRF

the cheap john deeres are notorius for belt jump. Have to look at idler pulley while engaged in normal cutting height and see if it rides the upper edge of the idlers. I have had to bend up the idler arm so it runs a truer line into the pulley/idler so it doesnt creep over the edges.

Spear & Jackson 33cc Petrol Grass Strimmer SGT33N, black fuel pipe split. How to replace it?

empty the petrol, feed the black line (the fuel intake) into the tank and grab the end of it thats attached to the filter inside the tank. now you can feed a new fuel line through into the tank and reattach to the filter. hopefully this will solve your problem ive just done this but mine still wont start, either flooded or spark plug. by the way i bought mine new and the fuel line was split.

I have a 91 ford taurus-3.0 engine. my mounts keep on coming undone due to a combination of problems my mechanic told me I should chain my engine down. How would I go about doing that?

Chaining the engine down is a bandaid and a bad idea unless you have a hot rod with 600 HP, there is a reason the mounts are coming undone (don't understand "mounts keep on coming undone due to a combination of problems" ) fix or replace broken mounts, don't forget the transmission mount, If you fix it right it won't mess up other things later like CV joints

How do you put new line on

If you have a push release line version, this is relatively simple. The push release is normally a orange knob at the bottom of rotor and lets lines through as required.

First thing first, line the arrow on the orange knob to the two hold where the line comes out. This will line up the mechanism inside, cut a length of line (about two arms lengths) and feed the line into one of the holes (it doesn't really matter which one).

it should just go from one end to the other, if your line is like mine, it normally curls, but a little fiddling should do the trick.

Once you have it fed through, put it even on either side, then push the orange knob and turn at the same time to wind the line back into the line holder. leave enough line out so that you can start using it.

Need to know how to put new line on my troybilt tb525cs weedeater

if the troy built is like other string trimmers the line housing is held on with a left handed thread, meaning that you loosen it by turning right and tighten it by turning left. once off there are 2 lines to refill top and bottom, do the top first , winding it loosely and puuting about 6 inches extra up in the little line holds. Then do bottom line the same. install cap over it and re-engage cap, tightening turn to the right. hope this helps

put an additional petrol pump in the fuel line ,they cost about150€ from the bosch agent ,connect in line and splice the feed from the pump in the tank ,that will cure it ,these cars suffer from a dodgy connection in the feed wires to the pump in the tank, they corrode and get hot in the connector head of the unit .An additional pump releaves some of the load and will keep it going evan if the one in the tank plays up .

Ryobi Trimmer

To install string in the Ryobi you do not have to disassemble anything: Line up the two arrows on the inner and outer reel, remove any excess string, cut two pieces of string about 10 feet, feed line in the side holes, secure line in hole where it comes out the bottom (it only takes about 1/4in. to do so), pull strings tight, then turn the inner reel counter clockwise to wind it. If it sticks a little just pull line a little.
To remove the inner spool in order to remove line that has broken inside, to clean the mechanism, or to perform other maintenance, grasp the outer reel and unscrew the bump knob counter-clockwise. Mine is often very tight and requires pliers to get enough leverage. While you are in there, clean the inner reel and the inside of the outer reel to improve feed performance. The shaft rarely needs cleaning. Do not lubricate. After re-installing the reel, add string (0.080") as described above.
