Question about Sub-Zero 650 / O Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

1 Answer

Interior lights don't work and the bulbs are new. I get them on my wiggling the frame mounted swtich, so I suppose it needs to be replaced. Does anyone know a good way to get these switches out fo the housing?

I have the same problem. Just ordered a replacement switch. However I could not disconnect the wires from the old switch. Perhaps I was being too gentle. Can they be pulled off or do I need a special tool?

These switches have 2 expandable tabs and generally you can use a putty knife and work one side down and pull it completely out. You can also take off the top panel/grate and this will expose the switch asemblies for easier access.

How many motor mounts does a 2006 chevy impala have?

There are going to be five. There are two that can be seen from the engine bay that are side mounts near the front of the engine. Underneath you will find one, referred to as the anchor, centered over a crossmember. The remaining two are just behind this mounted to the frame rails. If you are thinking about replacing them, I suggest doing this first from the top, then side to side on the underside. First loosen retaining bolts on all five, support engine with a jack and remove then replace each front mount in turn, leaving retaining bolts snug but loose enough for there to be a little play as you may have to wiggle things around a little on the lower three. Underneath remove and replace first one outer, leaving the retaining bolt out of this one, then the anchor, you will have to work the jack around and probably wiggle some things in order to get out the old one, then to seat the new one. Replace retaining bolt in first frame mount then work the other side. Tighten to spec starting with anchor, then frame mounts then upper side mounts.

I need the wiring diagram for lights in the living space. the lights in the living room don't work. the bulbs are new

Are you talking about a camper that is mounted in the truck bed? A truck doesn't have a living room. If your talking about the interior light check you dash board light dimmer control to make sure it hasn't been turned off.

How to keep interior lights on after turning off ignition?

the dimmer swtich is part of your light switch. dim to full on postition to keep the interior light on. If this does not work then your switch may be bad; assuming the fuse and bulb are good. Check your owners manual for specifics.

Ge oven model xl44. my oven will not lite, the broiler works fine.

You need to do this

  • Replace the bulb
  • Test the switch
The interior oven light in most ovens is a standard 40 watt appliance bulb. Often, to change the bulb, you first need to remove a shield or glass dome. If the bulb isn't burned out, the problem may be with the switch on the oven door frame. If the switch works poorly, intermittently, or not at all, you need to replace it.

When an indicator light has stopped working, you may be able to replace just the bulb--but you usually have to replace the entire light assembly. Alternatively, there could be a problem with your burner sensor (stuck open or closed) or your indicator light circuit.

Good luck !!

How do I replace the Rear Brake light bulb of 2001 Toyota Sienna?

I have a 2001 Sienna and have had to replace most of my tail light bulbs.

The bulbs that are mounted in the fender (wrap arounds) have acess panels in the van's interior that easily pop out and expose the back of the light assembly.

However, the bulbs that are found in the lift gate are a different matter. You have to remove the whole interior panel to the lift gate to expose the light assemblies. Go to your auto parts store and get a tool to help pop out the plastic retainers from the lift gates metal frame. Don't force the retainers out. Go slowly and gently so that you don't damage the interior panel. If you are really gentle you might even get to reuse the retainers.

Good luck!
