Where is the L. Pressure A/C service port on a 2000 sable 24v? I looked and unscrewed a green cap and the tag said EVAP serv 1psi only. the A/C pro valve will not click onto it

Does the well marked Evap System Purge Valve
with the Green Tag & Cap seem like a place to be
related to the A/C System, you kind of indicated no,
but still tried to put the a/c can to it

Take the vehicle to a real shop & have it properly
diagnosed for leaks, repaired & they know how to add
or completely & safely recharge the system, your not
in any way knowledgeable enough to get involved

Those products should not be sold in stores, only to
the pros & only to those trained & licenced to purchase

It shows we have NO Environmental Policies at all in
North America at least

Vacuum valve leaking water

Question is unclear.
What is a vacuum valve?
You posted under electric water heater.
Water heaters are associated with TP or 'safety overflow' valve, water shut-off valve, tank drain valve, pressure-regulating valve, mixing valve and possibly a few other plumbing valves.
Vacuum valve implies that a compressor is creating pressure on one line while creating vacuum on another line. I don't know of a water heater that uses air compressor.

The bleach dispenser keeps filling up with water (I am not using it) and I don't know how to empty it - and why is it filling up?

You have a leaking water valve that dispenses water into the bleach cup. You will need to replace the water valve to stop this problem.
Good luck

Compressor squeaks as pressure begins to build. Not from belt. Does not squeak when no pressure in tank.

Air leaking back from tank check valve or leaking reed valves can make a squeaking or vibrating noise. With pressure in tank remove fitting at the tank check valve and test for leak with soapy water. If leaking, replace with generic valve. If no leak, reinstall fitting and let all the air out of the tank. With empty tank and air filter removed, start compressor and feel strength of suction at intake. When you hear the squeak retest strength of suction at intake and compare. If reed valves are leaking, you will feel less suction as tank pressure increases, and in severe leaking valves, you will actually feel air blowing out of intake. Repair/replace reeds and /or leaking gaskets in head of compressor. Good luck

Car overheating

Water in the oil doesn't happen from a leaking intake valve. You may have a crack in the head near the intake valve, or you may have a blown head gasket. In either case, it's a big job, involving removing the cylinder head(s) and either replacing the head gasket or replacing the cylinder head. (Attempts to repair a cracked head don't usually work out too well -- better to get another one.)
