Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
The problem of your may be caused due to driver conflict or due to NOD32 antivirus (if in case you are using).
To resolve your issue, please try the following steps one by one and check if your problem got solved in any of the steps below:
1. If in case you are using NOD32 antivirus, disable /switch off the network drives scanning option in your antivirus control panel.
2. If your are not using NOD32 AV, then download a hotfix from microsoft from the below link, install it and try printing again
3. If still your problem , persists then copy TsWpfWrp.exe file from any of the windows vista machine and replace the file to the windows xp machine.
Now try printing again.
