Don't mess up with the internet provider, there is no relationship. Push the connect buttons at the mouse.

Just have the mouse- wont work. have batteries in, have receiver plugged in. computor say working correctly. but isnt working

Try this;
Go to (>) Start>Control Panel>Bluetooth
A window will open showing you all the wireless devices that are already recognised by your computer. If the icon for this mouse is shown there then highlight it and click 'Remove Wireless Device'. Then click "Yes" (Sometimes removing a device and then reinstalling it fixes the problem)

NOW

Click on Add Wireless Device ( a new window will open and the computer will search for the device. When it finds the mouse an icon will appear. Highlight the icon and click Next
The computer will load the driver for the mouse.
Once this is done the mouse should be working OK.

Also check this:
Go to (>) Start>Control Panel>Bluetooth
Click on "Bluetooth Settings"
Place a tick in the box next to "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer > Apply > OK

How prevent mouse lag on acer all-in-one?

Could be either of two things.

a) check mouse battery low, change it. and try. secondly
b) change the usb where the receiver for the wireless mouse is.

Hi, Get a logtech wireless mouse in case all fails.

Mouse keeps disconnecting

I would check the batteries.
Then check to see if the USB connection on the sending unit is tight--you could try another USB port.
Once installed, the mouse should keep responding unless the batteries are weak. Check to be sure the batteries are inserted fully into the mouse body.

I have changed my internet provider, loaded their program & now my wireless mouse will not work with this new internet provider

There is no relationship between your internet provider and your wireless mouse. Just reboot and check batteries and drivers for your mouse. A good idea is to remove your mouse and plug in after a while also.

The top part of the mouse slides out. It is the section where the name logitech is written. Check the picture to view the mouse with open compartment.

Wireless mouse wont connect.

Hi there.
Some wireless mice seem to go into some kind of sleep mode, in other words if you leave them for an amount of time they disconnect, the way to reconnect is to right click while moving the mouse.
Also check to make sure that the batteries in the mouse are seated properly.

Good luck
