Question about Lexmark X2690 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Remove all cartridges from the printer. Close the cover. Unplug the power supply from the printer (it's the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached). Wait for at least 10-15 seconds before plugging back the power supply in the printer. When the printer's ready, reload the cartridges. Try again. If problem persists, since printer is fairly new, I advise you to contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance. Thanks.
