Hi,

Please do these settings and try,
Go to Start > Control Panel > Sound > Speakers/Headphones > Enhancements Tab
Now Tick the "Loudness Equalization" -> Apply / OK

Also tick the "Bass Boost and Low Frequency Protection" plus the "Virtual Sound".
This will make it better. Thanks.

Front right speaker got wet, started cutting out. at the same time the rear right speaker started cutting. switched the rear speakers to opposite channels and this caused the right to work and left to cut....

the speaker getting wet will short it out. Shorting the output on any amp will ruin it. there is a right and left chanel with 2 outputs. Right chanel is damaged.

Subwoofer shut down

The amplifier probably has a built in protection circuit to keep from over driving the subwoofers. This will prevent the dealer from replacing woofers........most likely it's designed to be overly safe.
There's likely not much you can do about it, if there's not enough bass you may have to seek out a larger amplifier.
