Question about NetGear WG111 802.11g/b Wireless Adapter
Here is what I have:
DSL cable connected to Buffalo Airstation G wireless router running on a desktop with Win XP.
I am trying to use the Netgear WPN111 wireless adapter on a separate desktop that is running on Win 98.
I had this running for a year, and suddenly the wireless adapter would no longer connect. I've purchased a new wireless adapter (the WPN111) and still cannot connect.
I have connected the Win 98 desktop directly to the wireless router and can connect fine and have confirmed the USB port is functioning.
When I try to open the Netgear WPN111 Smart Wizzard, I get no response.
Is the computer Windows 98 SE [Second Edition] ?
What is the exact error message that you get ?

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
