tis is an software error.. go to samsung service station and install ur os again

for some reason i cannot access the menu on my e71 i press the menu button and the phone just doesnt do it and freezes if i turn the phone off and turn it back on again it will not work

your phone needs to get a software flash.

mine did the same thing, but i went into the phone and checked "NO" to the mass storage mode support. to get there....go to "options"...then click on "memory". then turn off "mass storage mode support".

These phones are known to have such problems...restore your phone back to factory settings and see if that solves the problem otherwise take it back to from where you've bought it and let them troubleshoot the problem for you!

The phone needs to be reflash try topsony.com or take the phone to a mobile repair shop to hvae the flash done as well as the charging port service or replaced.

only slightly damaged lcd screens can take affect once there is a litle crack heat builds up on the screen and you have to repair it

hav your phone serviced. that has an issue internal. they might have to replace some chips for that. youve checked the battery and still does the same thing.
