I have had 2 dynex players and this may not be a fix but it does get your movies going. From past experiences If player comes back at you with "no disc" right after you just inserted it into the player try smoothing the edges of the disc on top side. One has to question the quality of the disc rather then the quality of the player.Now if you see flaws or voids in the outer edges of the writing rather then just the plastic chances are it will never read and a trip to the disc supplier is your best bet.
