Question about Panasonic RX-D12 Cassette/CD Boombox
I have bought two different (cheap) brands of cd boom box in last month and both end up with same error message. I did this after I got the message on the display on one that I had used for over two years. Two dashes when I hit play -- I have been using the same audio book. Is it possible that a cd can cause a cd player to break like this

Well if they were cheap then they were made in china, they fail prematurly due to cheap parts and poor build quality. CD's dont make Cd players break down unless they are caked in dust or are damaged.
