Will drain but not spin

Sounds like the coupler needs replaced. This is much easier to replace than a belt, actually. Accessing the interior of the unit can be tricky if your space is limited, but once inside, you'll have no problem working.

Unplug the unit. If it is a typical Whirlpool top-load, you'll have a screw at each bottom corner of the control panel/backguard to loosen or remove, allowing you to flip the panel up. Disconnect the connector for the lid switch. Use the screwdriver to pop the spring clips holding the corners of the cabinet to the back panel, noting their orientation for reassembly. Once removed, just tilt the whole cabinet forward and off the unit's chassis. You'll want a bit of space to set this aside while you work.

Once inside, the pump should be right up front, held on to the motor assy by 2 spring clips. The pump is held on with 2 mounting clips, and 2 hoses held with spring clips, but usually, you can just swing the pump out of the way without disconnecting the hoses. The motor is held by 2 clips secured with 2 screws, probably 5/16" head.

Why does the space bar only have a centre touch point

The reason for this happening is that the metal bar under your spacebar is not properly attached. It's time consuming to properly fix it, but it's an easy fix at that.

All you need to do is remove your spacebar and metal bar (shaped somewhat like a tall C, if held sideways). On the bottom of the spacebar will be approximately 2-3 small clips in which the metal bar will snap into. Once snapped into place, you will want to look at the area where the spacebar goes. There should be two small clips at each end. With the metal bar clipped into the spacebar, you want to place the "ends" of the metal bar under the clips on the keyboard and very carefully place the spacebar into the hole on the keyboard and snap it into place. Now test it out and it should work fine. If not, it's likely that the metal bar came out from under the keyboard clips. The annoying part is snapping the spacebar into place without having the metal piece come out from under those clips, so you may need to perform this task a few times.

Cannot find the screw that secure keyboard on an everex step note laptop

Sometimes the keyboard is held on with a screw in the center, accessed from the bottom of the case. In most cases, though, the keyboard is held in place by 3 or 4 screws just above it under the bezel that you just removed.
I've also seen keyboards that are held in place by little clips at the top of the board and you need to push the clips in with a small screwdriver to release the top.

You can easily fix your space bar. I fixed mine last month when my daughter pulled it out of the keyboard. I used this video tutorial guide to help install the space bar key back into place. Its really very simple. have a look:

I need to replace the power supply plug in my hp ze2000 laptop, i have all of the screws out of the bottom of the computer but can not get the case to open. How do I do so?

First of all remove all your components ie. RAM, hard drive, battery, CD/DVD drive etc. Sometimes there are screws located in the area where these components are located that secures the top and bottom halves of the case.
I suggest that as you remove the screws from the bottom of the case you take a note where the came from as some of the screws are different lengths.
There may be s strip panel between the top of the keyboard and the LCD screen, remove this first, it will be clipped in place and held with screws from the bottom of the laptop.
Next the keyboard should removed and keyboard cable.
Look closely for screws hidden behind plastic stick on covers, you need to use a sharp thin blade to lift off these covers to reveal the screws behind the covers.
The top and bottom halves of the case is usually held in place with plactic clips, start at an opening and carefully pull apart until a clip releases and the work along that edge to release more clips. Continue along each edge until you separate the case.
The LCD screen is usually secured with screws on the back edge of the laptop and possible with screws near the edge of the motherboard. Take care to disconnect the video connector.
The motherboard needs to be removed from the bottom half of the case so you can access the power connector.
Take careful note where you remove each screw as you need to put them back in reverse order.

Best of luck, have fun.

The prong that the battery charger plugs onto is loose/broken, how do i take the top off the laptop to do so?

Remove the keyboard first, there may be screws holding the case together under the keyboard.
Make sure you first remove all the battery and drives etc. there are usually screws in these areas that secure the case together.
The top and bottom parts of the case are held together by plastic clips. The best way to open the case is to start at an opening and gently spread apart the case until the clip releases and then continue along that edge and gradualy continue working along the other edges of the case.

Samsung X05 Keyboard

Remove power & battery. Turn device over. There are two screws indicated by "kbd", one about behind the space bar, the other level with F7. Remove them (don't lose them!).

Turn machine over. Open lid (!).

You now need to ease the keyboard up from the edge below the Space bar (when you get it out you will see lugs above the function keys so you can't start from the top).

To ease the keyboard out, you will see three little cut-outs on the edge of the plate hoding the keyboard. Put a small scredriver in each and push back away from the keyboard, lifting gently at the same time; this will free each of those sprung tabs in turn. The keyboard is now free (apart from the ribbon cable behind it: beware!). You may need to lever it up slightly from the side as it is a tight fit, but always take it out from the space-bar side first because of the lugs at the top.

The ribbon cable is held in with a sort of stirrup which is clipped on the left-had side (you need good eyesight to see that). Ease the clip out slightly (less than 1 mm) and you can the ease the stirrup forwards (not up in the air). The cable will then slip out.
