Question about Nokia E63 Cell Phone
In most cases its SW problem so write pm 1-309 via sx4. I mean PM with ONLY  and  sections.
if your problem persists then.
Please locate charing I.C on PCB and then check if there is any short circuit. If there is any PF or Resistor etc then remove and recheck it. now check if its still short circuit then change the charging I.C.
