Turn off machine and check water waste filter to see if blocked should be at front at bottom of machine or at back,not sure this is the cure but hope it helps

With the engine off and cold, open the hood and locate the vehicle's radiator and water pump. Remove the radiator cap.Install a pressure tester on the radiator. Apply the pressure indicated on the radiator cap or in the owner's manual. Inspect the water pump for leaks. Remove the pressure tester. Place a drain pan under the radiator. Belt, Water Pump Although few dishwashers have a water pump belt, if the dishwasher won't drain there might be a worn or broken water pump belt. After removing the lower kick panel the motor can be seen in the front, the water pump belt is on the bottom of the motor.

Drain Pump If the dishwasher won't drain, the drain pump might be defective. Test the pump motor with an Ohm meter. Drain pumps are not repairable, if it's defective it will need to be replaced.

Drain Impeller The drain impeller is attached to the pump and pushes the water out of the dishwasher, through the drain tube and into the garbage disposer or drain line. Coin Trap If the washer won't drain the coin trap may be clogged. This washer is equipped with a device near the water pump called a coin trap. The purpose of this device is to trap any foreign materials that make their way down the drain. Normally, the coin trap can be accessed through an access panel. It is designed with the homeowner in mind and is normally easy to clean out.

Drain Hose If the washer won't drain water check the drain hose. Be sure the hose did not get kinked behind the washer. Also, remove the hose from the pump and check it for obstructions.

Clogged Pump or Hose If the washer won't drain there might be a clogged pump or hose. It's common for small socks or other small clothing items to get into the water drain system and clog the hose leading to the pump or the pump itself. Remove the hoses from the pump in order to remove the article of clothing. Keep in mind that any water in the washer will pour out of the hoses when removed.

Drain Pump If the washer won't drain water the drain pump might be defective. It's also common for a small sock or other article of clothing to get caught in the drain pump or in the drain hose. Check both for an obstruction before replacing the pump.

The easiest way, is to tilt it over slightly when you drain it. But, be very careful doing this, as the unit has caster wheels and you don't want it to get away from you. If you have a helper, so much the better. Remember to always turn the unit OFF & Unplug it, before draining the water from the tank.

First of all you mustt drain the water that is trapped within the drum. So remove the drain pump/ valve and allow the water to flow out - make sure that you have an arrangement to collect water when the drain Hose is removed.
Now the drain pump/valve must be checked clean if there is dirt clogging. Also test the valve for proper functioning. Also check the inlet valve and filter which is on line with the water inlet which can be traced easily. Check the motor, drive , door switch and finally the control board. If after switching on there is no action , inlet filling or spining when water is full, the program controller must be faulty.

Sounds like your drain hose is too low. The drain must be higher than the tub so it won't run out before it gets full. If it is not to the cut off point before the water is as high as the drain the water will run out the drain and never get to the cut off point. It wont agitate untill the water level switch cuts off the water. Hope this will help.
