(90s) Jenn-air single wall oven locked

I have an older model (90s) Jenn-air single wall oven. It has two control knobs on the left and a small LCD screen on the right with 3 small knobs (start time, stop time, and the middle one sets the timer/clock). I obviously lost the manual and don't know the model number. Tried to use the self-clean today...the clean light didn't come on but the fan was running. Sounded like it was cleaning but never got hot so I turned off the knobs. And, now I can't unlock it. The lock is a lever. HELP!!

Thanks... I also forgot to mention that the clean light doesn't even go on when I turn the selector and temp knobs to clean. The fan turns on when I turn the selector knob, but when I turn the temp knob past 500 it gets loose again like it doesn't work. I know the lights work because when I turn it to any temp and bake the bake light goes on... so I feel like the clean function is busted. But the damn door is still locked! Honestly- who even comes to your house to fix ovens? Haha...Sears or something?

The timer may think it is still in clean. The easiest way to try and fix this is to set another clean cycle and let it run all the way. Set it for the least amount of time that it will let you for example try a 15 minute clean cycle. Once it goes through it and turns off automatically it may release the lock, if not you will most likely need someone from service out.

I hope this helps

Older jenn air wall unit oven / turn knob

Yes, I just had same problem. The probe receptical is on the right inside wall of the oven. A little flapper door is secured by a single phillips screw. Remove this screw and the flapper door. Gently remove the receptical and its attached cable adapter. With your screw driver short the connector extension to the housing, just as the probe would. This should reset the meal temperature sensor. Try the bake and problem should be gone. If not permanently short this connection with a wire. You won't be able to use your probe, but the oven will work.
