Could be a faulty blower motor or a connection in the wiring.
When it will not work, check the connection at the motor for power and ground.

When a blue screen occures...do u load defualt settings in the award bios cmos utility menu? my concern is my cpu tempature and the shut down temp as well as the warning temp. should all go to previous...

The BSOD (blue screen) is most often caused by a bad driver and sometimes by ram. Your computer can shut down suddenly if it's overheating but generally when it's from overheating it will start stuttering...running jerkily...before it shuts off. The screen will semi lock up, things run slow. Obviously it will also feel hot either to the touch or at least the air coming out will be hot or not moving at all. Heat is caused by a bad fan or fans including a bad cpu fan. Of course heat is a big problem.

Though you can adjust when the machine shuts down as a saftey precaution that you still need to address the overheating problem itself. A fan may need to be replaced or you may need additional air flow ie additional fans.

A major cause of heat is a dirty fan due to dust, pet hair etc. Computers, including laptops, need to be cleaned out periodically.

I would look into these issues before worrying about cmos adjustments unless you have changed the settings and this was the result.

When gets to temp. shuts off and few mins later kicks back on it keeps doing this

make shur that the thermostat is not above the a heat sourse also some of the t-stats have a ajustment in them that allow you to change the on off zone for e.g. you set it to come on at 72 and it shuts off at 76, the more hight end modles are the ones that allow to to do that
