Unsupported video format

You would have to convert the files to a DVD / BR disc with converter and then burn as a DVD or BR.
Media files are managed by CODECS. Basically code / decode. This means your PC will manage more types of files than a player which will only do a few types if any at all. If fact the CODECS are constantly being updated. Players aren't. gl

I can't open short films from a USB stick, which were downloaded from my camera.

if you are using windows media player you are most likley tryinh to play a unsupported format. VLC media player plays just about every video format download and install that. then play your files with vlc media player by opening vlc then click the media tab the open media then locate your video and double click it

Video trouble

Maybe? Videos that play on your PC may not be supported on your device. If this is so your device will either say file not recognized or unsupported file, or just not play.Even if it supports AVI files they may not play due to unsupported size, bit rate, codex.Did the player come with a file converter? try converting a small file and try to load it,play it.Good Luck

I want to remove video from my philips sa3025/37

if you want to remove the media from your player totally just insert the player to your pc, right click on the icon and click format. a window pops up again and click format. but this process will totally erase all the files. if you are unable to view the video file in your player it is of unsupported format(.flv , .vob real and vlc player files) remember most of the players support only .wmv(windows media player files)

I can't get videos off my player!

How it up to the computer with the usb cord, once it shows connected go to (depending on the operating system)

Vista or XP
Start
Computer
Double click: Sansa
Double click: Internal Memory
(if this is where your video are saved)
or Double click on: Expansion Card

Either way, you will see all the files on your Sansa or memory card

Double click on the file; example video, the file will open and you will see all the video saved in the file; right click on the video(s) and click delete. File will be gone.

***DO NOT RIGHT CLICK THE FILE TO DELETE
THE ENTIRE FOLDER WILL DELETE ---- OPEN THE FOLDER
AND DELETE WHAT YOU WANT IN IT.

Any other problems let me know.
