Question about HP LaserJet 2420 Printer
My printer had a paper jam, so I turned it off, removed the paper tray and cartridge and cleared the jam.
When I turned it back on, it started normally but now it displays all three lights on steady and no display on the screen. It won't do anything!
I have turned if off and on, unplugged both cords, opened the panel and removed the toner cartridge, etc., but have had no success at all.
Try to reinstall the software, if doesn't work properly the problem is your printer.

Tips for a great answer:
CAUTION: Remove paper from the tray as carefully as possible. If any torn pieces of paper remain inside the printer, more paper jams are likely to occur, and this could damage the print mechanism.
