Question about Washing Machines
I have a Kenmore top loading washing machine that is leaking water. I have been told that it is probably the water pump (part # 3363394) and that I should replace it. My question is how can I be sure that it is the water pump before I buy a new one that can not be returned. I took the water pump out and am wondering just how easily or not it should turn?? Should this part be able to spin easily or should it be tight. Can I even tell by this if it is for sure broken? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
