Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
Ok i'm having the same problem i have the same mp3 player the technical support told me to go onto the website and download a Firmware updater http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376 it is on this website when it is up u click download and when its downloaded you turn ur mp3 player off ok next u turn the hold button till u see the orange then u hold the rec. button down keep holding it ok next u plug the mp3 player into the computer (while holding the rec! u keep holding it down till u see a 16GB format page pops up next u will see a white box on your computer bar u click on it and it asks if u would like it to look for updates and click yes right now and then u hit install when it all poped up it should of fixed the problem when its done doing it disconnect the mp3 player to the computer next u quickly turn the hold swich off then a screen pops up and says update done rebooting the system !!
