Question about Vizio L37 Television
Sounds like a dry joint or a loose wire.
Firstly though check that the coax is on firmly as it may be the problem. To check its not at the antenna end of the coax remove it and place a wire coat hanger or even your finger on the tV antenna inlet and see if it still flickers. If not then start investigating the antenna and coax.
However my bet is a dry joint on one of the SUS boards as this is fairly common on Vizio and LG Tv;s as there was a whole bad batch out of Korea.
