Question about Nikon COOLPIX L4 Digital Camera
When cable is plugged in to computer the camera wizard will not come up and can not load pics
Non discovery can be a nuisance.
Presuming you have the right cord?
Go to STAR,T CTRL PANEL, SYSTEM, DEVICE MNGR
scroll down and see if you can find your Nikon in the list.
If it's there delete it.
DO NOT have the camera plugged in until you have deleted it. Replug it and see if its discovered.
Failure? OK uninstall the software that came with the camera. Reboot the machine. Leave the camera unplugged and reinstall the software. Once installed plug in the camera and it should then find new harware and update its drivers and allow you to access your pics.
