Question about Cooktops
Every once in a while, the cooktop shuts off and won't come back on. I shut off the power via circuit breaker and turn it back on - nothing. After awhile - sometimes 18-24 hours, the will turn back on. Any ideas?
There is an internal thermal circuit breaker. The breaker has gone bad. On-line of Electrolux find a service manual of your model to locate the breakers location. Contact a local appliance parts store for a replacement also ask for heat sink gel(very small amount). Trip the circuit breaker, remove bad one, clean the space, apply gel and replace it.
