PUK codes are unique codes that are designed for specific SIM cards.
You need to find the package of the SIM, and you will see the PUK1 and PUK2.
However, if you can no longer find the package of the SIM, then you need to contact the wireless provider, and they will provide you the PUK1 code.
After typing the code, your phone will ask you to put a new PIN code.
