Wireless/Bluetooth keyboards and mice can only be used with one device at a time it is like a bluetooth headset once it is paired with a phone it will 99.99% of the time only work with that phone and that phone only, Wireless keyboards and mice are setup on the same principal once they are paired up with 1 PC to use on another PC you have to remove the pairing. The worst case scenario is that the second PC's Wireless/Bluetooth has failed. I hope this helps.
Same with my Dell Vostro 420. At this rate I will just buy a new PC as I am wasting too much time on this. We tried usual stuff like cleaning inside, making cooler, removing certain virus software, still no luck. I have to restart 4 times a day and keep saving material. double click on the speaker and make sure that the mic does not have the mute box with an x in it.
I am pretty certain you have a card in your computer for it mentions a 7.1 speaker system. If you put your service code in to do a search for drivers you will get the correct ones for your particular machine. Download install and reboot.
