My iPod 120 GB skip to the next song or stop completely and shows a distorted apple logo I restored it but still do this. Thanks for your help

I had this problem with one of my iPods. Unfortunately, the device died a short while later. I ended up purchasing a new iPod.

I suspect this is caused by a hardware issue. You could try taking it to your local tech store (BestBuy/RadioShack, etc.) and they might offer to repair or purchase the device.

Hope this helped,

My ipod 30g dont work only show www.apple technical support

Hi,

The problem *might* be solved by resetting or restoring your iPod. Otherwise, you'll probably need to take the iPod into an Apple store to see what's wrong.

Here's how to reset your iPod:
  1. Turn on the iPod, and make sure it's unlocked (no red is showing by the switch at the top)
  2. Press the "menu" button (at the top of the circle) and the "select" button (middle of the circle) at the same time and hold them down for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo on the screen
Here's how to restore your iPod:
NOTE: this will delete all music, etc. from your iPod
  1. Plug your iPod into the computer
  2. Open iTunes
  3. Click on "Restore" (on the "Summary" tab)
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.

You'll need to resync all your music etc. to get it back on the iPod after it's been restored.
If your iPod does not show up in iTunes, use these directions to put it into disk mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1363
Then try the restore directions again.

Hope this helps!

How can I use JVC AVX810 with Iphone? Currently IPOD works fine with the USB cable but IPHONE is not recognised. Maybe there is an adaptor that can solve it?

JVC KS-PD100 iPod Interface Adapter (257KSPD100, sold separately). This optional iPod Interface Adapter supports audio playback for the following iPod models - iPod click-wheel (3rd gen), iPod photo (4th gen), iPod mini (1st/2nd gen), iPod nano (1st/2nd/3rd/4th gen), iPod video (5th gen), and iPod classic (80/120/160GB). The KS-PD100 is not compatible with the iPod touch (1st/2nd/3rd gen), iPod nano (5th gen), or iPhone (2G/3G/3GS). This iPod interface will also not charge the iPod nano (4th generation). *Apple firmware updates may change functionality results.

There u go.....

How can I view my ipod pics on my TV screen

1. OK on your iPod and click "Videos" from the main menu. Click on "Video Settings" and then switch the "TV Out" function to "On" by clicking on it.

Plug the iPod audio video cable input to the correct iPod plug-in. The cable's input varies from cable to cable but will either plug into the headphone jack or the power output.

Plug the other end of the audio video cable into the television's video output. The cable has three audio video plug-ins colored red, yellow and white. Plug them into the TV's corresponding inputs.

Turn on the television and change the input to the same one you plugged the iPod into.

Select the video you'd like to play on your iPod. The iPod's video and audio will be redirected to your television.

Ipod fell in water

Open the iPod classic and clean and dry it out as much as you can. Here's a guide on how to disassemble an iPod classic. Maybe a tech savy friend can do it for you. If you want to pay to have a service do it for you there are third party iPod Repair Services.

I Can't get my ipodtouch to show up in "My Computer". It will show up in iTunes. What do i do??

The iPod touch is not designed to show up in My Computer. It is an iPod, and will therefore only show up in iTunes. It sometimes shows up as a camera, but this still doesn't provide any functionality.

I have a 120 gig classic ipod, and i have 3 white

It is probably a short in the connector inside the unit going from the screen to the circuit board. You can replace the screen yourself, just have to do some google searching. Also, if you wanted to connect your Ipod to a TV, you can plug an RCA cable into the sound port. You have to have the cable that has three prongs on one end (yellow for video, red & white for sound), the other end of this cable is a 3.5" (headphone) audio plug. Classic iPods export video data from the sound headphone jack!

When i connect my ipod video to my pioneer avh-5900 it says that i have to use my ipod for full function, but i turn on the video ut, but i still can't see the video!... plz help meee :(

I have the same problem. If your using a Ipod classic 120, you need the authentication chip cable in order to get video out.. If you have an older model, try changing the video source when the unit is turned off.
