If this is passed threw a hdmi cable then what you got here is a copy write protection that kicked in (nothing you can do accept buy a WII or a roku box that is allowed to stream to a tv)

As soon as you hook up a hdmi out cable the buck stops right there. The fix is buy a supported settop box or change the cable d-sub 9-15 pins but even in that the netflix program will detect it and disable the video output this is just the nature of copy rights.

I hope this helps/

please do clic kthe accept button for my efforts.

Ok If this is what happened. How do I fix it because netflicks says you can hook up to your television. What is a WII or a roku box. . Can I fix it myself

Yeah you can hook it up to your TV but not with a computer!!

    You use roku.com

if you have a WII you need to ask netflix to send you out a special CD to install on your WII to activate it.

Trust me it can be hooked to a tv but the way your doing it does not even look like it will pass the copyright protection.

if you need more information then that www.netflix.com will be able to answer what devices are supportive of what you need.

Under www.netflix.com it says watch it on your tv under that i says, Xbox360,Sony ps3, nintendo Wii but also in addendum to that is the Roku box www.roku.com about $100 bucks for that unit.

you cannot just output your video from your computer to your tv the copy right plug in will shut it down.

    so you solution is:

    Wii

    Roku

    PS3

    Xbox360

look it up you will find all the details you found here on www.netflix.com. It was my pleasure to serve you.

I had the same issue with this TV in my hotel room. I set the FLX3211B TV up as an extension of my laptop, but had to change the refresh rate from the default 58p Hz to 60p Hz for the digital TV display. Once I did this, it came right up.
