Question about HP Pavilion dv9000z Notebook
It seems that there is some hardware issue in order to find t out what you can do is boot the computer to the BIOS by tapping the f10 key .You will get a screeen that has MAIN ADVANCE BOOT POWER etc....so you need to leav the computer on this screen and check if the computer shuts off or not .If it does then it is a problem with a particular hardware not responding.Even if te computer does not shut down in BIOS you need to open up the tower and then need to run a test on the motherboard.Remove the memory card and then turn the computer on if it makes a beeping noise it means that the motherboard is working fine and if it doesn't then the motherboard need to be replaced or serviced if possible .In these circumstances its mostly a hardware problem so the computer has to be serviced.
all the best
