im noob with comps but ive put v266b mother board in tower all wires done but these ones, i know where they go but not right order,as when i switch on no power what so ever,also extra bits for ram can i use them?

Hi Could you provide details:-
Motherboard Manufacturer:- Gigabyte/Asus et,c.
And model number usually located on Motherboard between PCI slots, or on Mainboard itself.
We can then help you resolve your problem.

See on board care fully there you found Panel Connector:
Read carefully:
PWS: Means Power Switch. Hoock the power switch from board to this pin. This might be broken, means in distict wire one +ve and another -ve.
PLED: Power Led, connect your power led wire to this, these two wires will be together.
HLED or HDLD: It is HDD led this wire from cabinet also comes together.
RSW or RSET Its reset switch it also comes together from cabinet.
SPKR: This is for internal speaker you can connect the small speaker comes with cabinet. This will be more wider as 1 pin is open in this connection.
Try out this and tell me whether you fixed or not.
