The headset may not be pairing up correctly due to the difference in
bluetooth applications. If you have a new telephone with the headset
already paired up to the very first phone, it will automatically go to
phone number one or the phone that it was last used with. If the answer

While you can't actively be connected to 2 phones at one time, you can pair with more than one phone. Just turn off the headset, then hold the call/end button on the headset until the status light stays solid. Initiate search on the 2nd cell or PC/Mac and if prompted enter the 0000 pair key. Now you can connect to the Jabra from one or the other phone/computer. I used this method for to connect to my blackberry for work and n97 personal phones.
On your bluetooth headset, hold down the power button until the light stays on steady. (it will blink when you initially power it on, but continue to hold for another few seconds for the steady light!) Your headset is now in pairing mode.
On your RAZR, press Menu > Settings and Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Handsfree > Look for devices. Your phone will then scan for any bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode. When your headset pops up on the list, highlight it and press ok to connect.
If the device asks permission to bond with the phone, select yes. It will then prompt you for a pin code. The pin will be 0000 .
1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1. 3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device 4.Select Explorer 220 once a connection is detected. 5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made. 6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".
Tips: 1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset. 2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On". 3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

I had the same issue with my LG Vx8700 phone. Turned out to be the phone and not the parrot. Am on my third replacement Vx8700 and it is working fine for now.
