Did you buy and OEM Panasonic lamp in a Panasonic box?

See if a local repair shop that is a Panasonic Authorized Servcie Center has a TEST lamp that they know is good and will let you try. The place you purchased from did not sell you an OEM lamp

I would suggest it is a ballast problem. You can check supply of 5 volts to ballast's small 5 pin connector (trigger voltage) and about 300V-330V to large 2pin connector. If both voltages present at the start and lamp is working with in another TV - it is bad ballast.

I have a mitsubishi tv that cuts off after about 30 seconds and lamp light is red but i replaced lamp 1 week ago.

Hi

Well if you have replace the lamp just recently what could be happening here is that your ballast is not working properly and is to week to keep you lamp running,The definition of the ballast:
How It Works
The lamp itself typically uses AC current and about 15,000 volts to ignite the lamp's mercury vapor gas. The gases inside the lamp react when electricity charges up the mercury gas creating very bright light. The voltage drops to keep the flow of electricity to the lamp.
The lamp works with the ballast to project light into a light engine that separates the colors of the light, then recombines them with an image.
The image is then reflected on the back of the TV and then onto the screen.
If the ballast is to weak it will no have enough power to send the 15,000 volts to get the lamp ignited

There is the possibility that you might have a defective ballast, it might not have enough voltage to keep up with your new lamp, and that's why it switches off and makes the 3 indicator lights flash, letting you know that the bulb is defective, but it's not the bulb, it's the ballast

Power issues (Tv not turning on) were typically due to faulty ballast. While the TV reports a bad lamp it is the ballast itself causing the issue. Samsung is well aware and will replace both the ballast and the lamp (since the lamp can be prematurely aged but the bad ballast). After replacment most people stop having issues.

there are several things that need to take place for the lamp to turn on. first the color wheel needs to turn on ( if you can hear a whinning noise then this is fine) next the tv will send a signal to the lamp ballast to turn on, and the ballast needs the 130v dc supply from the power board ( simoly remove the lamp and reinstall the lamp door, turn tv on, and if you hear an arcing noise from the ballast you know this is fine too. the board that controls all of this is the dmd board. so if the color wheel works, ballast starts then i would replace the dmd board....
