I don't see this as a 'programable' feature.

The unit is designed for the fan to run anytime the compressor runs and if you just want the fan to run all the time (without the compressor) just switch it to the 'fan/fan only' position.

Is the coil fan suppose to run at all times ?

Condenser Fan runs as long as the compressor runs, which is always when there is a call for cooling.
pay attention to this fan, you will often loos the condenser fan after cleaning due to fine dust getting into the motor and drying the bushing.

The CPU fan is always running in all PC's - if it didn't then the CPU would over heat and the PC would crash. If the PC is not shutting down when instructed then something is preventing the operating system from carrying out the command - for example a program running in the background.
I would suggest run a virus scan first (make sure your anti virus is up to date first). Post a reply how you get on, with the results.

Gateway GT5082 will not load. It powers up, power on light is lit, harddrive and dvd drive flash at the same time. CPU fan runs continous nothing loads.

Try starting in SAFE mode first by pressing F8 repeatedly as you poweq up and see if it wil start in safe mode.

If so remove any recently installed hardware or programs and then re-start

Let me know how you get on

it is ok to run your fan continously. constant air filtering as long as it pauses before a/c cycles on. will not use any more electricity than a toaster. is there a fan programing feature on t-stat. if so you will need to turn programing to fan off
