put it in restore mode hold the power and home menu button for a little and plug it in to itunes when it shows the connect to itunes pic and then press restore if ur iPhone is unlocked u hv to inlock it again!!!

Connect you itouch to iTunes.
Press and hold the power and home buttons
Screen goes black, now release the power button. Make sure you don't release the home button until it says "we have detected an iPod Touch in recovery mode."
Once it does this just do a simple restore, by clicking the "Restore" button under the large iPhone picture.
