It seems when I pushe button to start nothing

It seems when I push button to START nothing happens. All lights are on, all selections work when chosen. It just wont start when start/cancel button is pushed

When trying to start my Fridg professional series DW the lights work, but when pushing start/cancel button the DW will not start.

Some fault in the dishwasher is causing it to believe the door is not locked.

I would check the door lock.

check this youtube video out for the location of the door switch.

If you can give me the exact model number I can find out more details of the problem you are having.

Is it not relevant to your problem. Can you please help me by providing a reasonable response and not rate solutions as inadequate without reason. That will enable me to help you. You have not even provided the model no. of your dishwasher which I had suggested that you provide.

sorry can you please check if FD6B4365FC1 is correct. Cannot find a Frigidiare dishwasher with that model..

I have experienced the same thing a number of times. To solve, open the door, then turn the knob, and push the start button on and off, and push the delayed start button (3, 6, 12 hour). Then close the door, and retry. This routine seems to reset the system.

This happened to me on Christmas Day morning & it happened once before. I finally remembered how I fixed it. Push the "Clear" button & then push the "Start" & keep it held in until you see the lock button light up (takes awhile) & then push the "Clear" button again. After I did this the "Clock" worked again - reset the clock to the correct time & push "Start" Then click on "Bake" set your temperature & push "Start". Hope this works for you. It got me out of cooking Christmas Dinner, but I fixed it today!!

try turning the drum by hand...is it jammed? if not, then: the motor will not turn due to a number of reasons: 1.) simply burned out copper windings 2.) switch not turning on motor or not turning on motor starting circuit-depending on design ...if jammed, then try to find the interference to turning
