Question about Brother MFC 9700 All-In-One Laser Printer
All printouts have a 3/8 inch wide light 'line' or area - kind of like the opposite of a wide dark vertical line - on all pages.
All other printing is ok except that vertical light area (can see most but not all of the print under the lignt area).
I replaced the drum and no change.
Is it something that I can clean or adjust?
Try an old toner cartridge if you have one. Does it do it when you use the copier function. Steven 805-520-3003
