You might need to reinstall the sound drivers. From the CD that came with the computer, or the manufacturer's website, or you can use a driver finder program.

There are more things you can check, but the sound drivers are the first thing to check/install.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a 87 iroc z28 service engine soon light just came on what do I do

the check engine light is part of the on-board computer system, yes this car has an on-board computer system, the light came on because the system has seen a fault in one of its control circuits, the good newes is you can still drive the car when it sees a fault it will use another sensor to get the info it needs to contune to run and will turn the check engine light on to let you know there is a problem with the system, you will need to have the trouble codes retreved from the system, the computer has the abbilty to remember why it turned on the light, if you take the car to auto zone they can retreve the codes for you then get back with me and i will look the codes up for you and try to help you get to the bottom of this little problem.

HOW DO I RETREVE DELETED TEXTS FROM MY SAMSUNG SGH-A877

You cant. Once a text message is deleted there is no way of getting if back unless you get the sender to resend and save it in a folder on your handset.

I have lost my netgear broardband pin number how can i retreve this i am with virgin broard band but connected the wireless my self and miss layed the pin

Do you mean you lost your wifi password?
Log onto the router and change the passwprd.
If you dont know how, google your model number and sutup, or write back with the model and i will find the setup guide for you.
You will need to attach your computer to the router with an ethernet cable to log in to your router

Forgotton password code on Toshiba satelite with vista

If you have admin access (via a defult or other user account) you can create a new account.
under users in control pannel
You can not retreve data from that other account without the password.
As you have not setup FRS yet i assume you have only recently fresh installed?
You could re-install and concider your data lost.
The third option is to boot from a secondary HDD and use a HDD shell or external port to move the data to a backup medium, most good computer repairers can retreve data for you for a fee also.
but nine times out of ten reinstalling is the cheapest and most effective way. and you just have to put up with the data loss.
if your in windows 9X however you can just delete the .PWL file from the windows directory this was changed for XP & NT based Os's

Lost pictures

It's no problem at all to get your pictures back. Please see this post for several free software that you can download. You'll need to use a card reader with these programs though:

Your user manual may be downloaded directly from Canon for free at the following page:

Password retreval or bypass

f you need to bypass the BIOS password - assuming that this is a desktop pc, you need to remove either the BIOS battery from the motherboard or switch the bios reset jumper to another position for a while and then back, I can help you more with that if you first clarify is this a bios password or not and then is the computer a laptop or a desktop pc.

I have an iomega zip 100 disk that has lots its metal dust cover and i cannot retreve data from it. i tried another cover from another zip disk but it still does not read. I replaced the spring...

Iam sorry but it seems you may have lost the data. Because the Metal cover has nothing to do with the media being read by the drive. The metal cover is only there to protect the disc from environmental threats. So, my friend i think since it was sitting around with out the Metal sleeve. it may have gotten corrupt.
