Question about HP Pavilion dv9720us Notebook
Note: I am assuming that you want to do a system restore and the operating system is Vista
What you can do is keep tapping F11 key on the keyboard as soon as you push the power button to turn on your notebook
It will take you to the recovery manager screen
then select the advance option
under it you will find microsoft system restore ( donot click on recovery )
You can try running restore this way as well and also try different restore points if one does'nt work
Hope it works for u !!
Please come back to vote, it would be a great appreciation for me and boost my determination to help so that I can keep on helping.
