Question about Panasonic KX-FLB756 Plain Paper Laser Fax

1 Answer

Printing not working well

Dear Sirs,

I have a Panasonic Multifunction Laser Printer/Fax (KX-FLB758). I have changed toner and drum unit too, still I have a problem with the printing (which I also had before changing those two). While printing, it leaves a white stripe on the left side of the paper, it looks like the printer head is not printing in that stripe. The printing gradually becomes pale in that stripe, to finally not print at all. In the left area of the printed paper the printing is not visible at all.

What could be the problem? How could I fix it?

Thanks for your help in advance.

The thermal head, scanner and the body. should be given focus on this problem. if the scanner is not copying well it needs cleaning by wiping the glass part with a alcohol in a cotton bud. if the scanner is really okay then the thermal head is not printing properly so it needs a thermal head replacing . or both are okay. the body is having problem. there must be a dis allignment on the said components. then this is the time to bring your fax machine to the panasonic shop center to do a further check and replace what is needed to be replace.
also try to check if you installed the toner and drum properly by following the installation instruction.
hope this could help you.

also try to wipe the roller on the copying insertion . is your unit dusty already. this could be causing the problem .

Drum life over change cartorige

Not much you can do. Drums are designed to make so many copies or prints. You may be able to fool it. Remove the drum and put it back in. Don't touch the drum you will get an image of you fingers if you do. Remove toner cart 1st. Then drum wrap a piece of paper around it. They are light sensitive. Put it back in carefully. Then toner cartridge. Unless it is a package cartridge that has drum in then. This has been for naught. Hope this does help.

I need drivers Panasonic KX-FLB758 for windows 7 please... thank I´m from Argentina

KX-FLB758 was apparently a clone of KX-FLB756 and KX-FLB751 model. Drivers available on the following page should work fine:

Panasonic KX-FL521 Fax Laser Copier, New Toner

This is usually an indication that the toner cartridge wasn't shaken from side to side to distribute the toner evenly.  If this was done, the cause is probably a dirty drum.  Remove the toner cartridge and clean the drum. Either of these two solutions should solve your problem.  Best of luck.

Very poor print quality

the loud you hear indicate improper of mechanism of fax get drum unit out  and check for good condition of the unit (no broken in drum gear-or bad cleaning blade)-and reinstall it again- rip over toner box many times and check it  in horizontal level many times.if all above  does not work -you will have a problem in drum unit or your fax mechanism(broken gears-chain or belt defective-bad selonid-clutch-
