Question about Samsung HLS4676S Television
This is a 2006 model and depending on what the problem looks like there are only Two boards inside that can cause this. If the dots are fixed and black I would suspect the DMD board: Part number is : BP96-01670a List price is 182.40 If the dots move and or are colored I would suspect the MAIN board that processes all signal: Part number is: BP94-02291a List price is 186.76 Both boards may be available for less if you Google the parts number and or the model number. These part numbers are from the Samsung site and should be marked on each board. Let me know if you have questions or need any advice, I am here to help you. SD TECH

If the dots move around - the signal is weak. Since you didn't tell us what is the source of the signal i can't say more than - get a better signal.
If the dots are fixed and they don't change color - the DLP chip is dying, you will have to replace it. It will be expensive, let's hope it's still in warranty.
