Win 7 - open the drive on the computer, click the "organize" drop down menu on the left - go to "folder and search options" - select the second tab (view) - select "show hidden files, folder, and drives" - Hit apply then ok - all of your files should be visible now - select all files by hitting "CTRl" + "A" - right click on one of the files and select properties - uncheck hidden - when/if another window opens select the best option for you - now all your folders should be visible again - you can repeat the first few steps to make your hidden files invisible again if you wish.

open any folder in your pc. click on tools -- folder ---option -- view. select show hidden files and folders. deselect hide extension for known file types. de-select hide protected operating system files. Now you can view your hidden songs files. Kindly use attrib command with *.* option through command prompt with -s -h option to convert them back to normal files. Kindly do comment back if you don't know how to use cmd prompt. I'll post the complete procedure.
Hi there. It sounds like you have a virus on your machine, apart from not being able to view hidden files and folders is there anything else thats going wrong with the PC at all? for example on start-up do you get any strange error messages or has the recycle bin name been changed?
You could put them in a folder and make the files "invisible" by hiding them in explorer. Right click the file and choose the check box "Make Hidden File"
Go to control panel-folder options-view-and choose the box "Do not show hidden files " and the file will not be visible unless someone goes into the control panel and changes the "show hidden files option"
